Alexandra (Alex) Kravetz, Notary Public

Alex received her royal commission in June 2018 after completing her Masters Degree and writing the statutory exams for becoming a notary. She began working in her dad’s practice in 2014 as a legal assistant while doing her undergraduate degree in English literature and French. She is looking forward to her professional development as a Notary Public and to assisting clients with their legal needs.

Outside of her new career, Alex loves to pursue her passion for travelling, being outside, reading, and enjoying a good cheese & wine tasting.

Laura Gavel, Senior Conveyancer

Laura started her conveyancing career with the firm in February 2004. Her desire to learn and on-the-job training has helped her transition to the role of Senior Conveyancer. Laura enjoys helping clients navigate through the sometimes-exhausting process of real estate and feels rewarded when she sees a client come into the office with a smile.

Laura, her husband, two teenage daughters, and two dogs (a 240 lb English Mastiff named Huxley and a young, energetic Border Collie named Mya) have a busy family life.  They love exploring beautiful B.C. and entertaining friends over a glass of wine (or scotch!).
